Year 6 – End of Year Assembly

We look forward to celebrating with you under the COLA on the day!

Year 6 End of Year Assembly:

• Presentation of perpetual awards and graduation certificates
• Induction of the 2021 Student Parliament
• Jenny Leong, Member for Newtown, attending and addressing our assembly

We are asking for your support in ensuring our assembly is COVID-Safe by following the guidelines below:

• Students are allowed a maximum of two guests at the assembly, in line with the four-square metre rule
• Any guests feeling unwell or displaying any respiratory or COVID-19 related symptoms are kindly asked not to attend
• All guests are required to register their attendance at designated stations on arrival
• All guests must be seated for the duration of the assembly, and maintain a distance of 1.5 metres from all other guests from outside of their household.
• All guests are encouraged to use hand sanitiser provided when entering the assembly
• Any guests wishing to take photos must do so from their seats. The school will post photos on Seesaw at the conclusion of the ceremony
• All guests are kindly asked to leave promptly at the conclusion of the assembly
• After the assembly, Year 6 students will take part in a celebration in the school hall. Unfortunately, this will be a student and staff only event, with guests not permitted to attend
• For guests unable to attend, we will be live streaming the assembly through Zoom - Details to follow
